У Дніпрі винесли вирок чоловіку, який заманив до себе додому 11-річну дівчинку, зв’язав її та зґвалтував. Про це повідомляє «Дніпро Оперативний» із посиланням Дніпропетровську обласну прокурату.
У суді довели, що 6 серпня чоловік підійшов до 11-річної дівчинки, яка гралася на дитячому майданчику, та запросив її до себе додому, подивитися на кошеня. Коли дівчинка опинилася у будинку педофіла, він, погрожуючи ножем, зв’язав їй руки, заклеїв рота та зґвалтував.
Чоловік раніше судимий, свою провину визнав. Суд Дніпра визнав його винним та засудив до 12 років за гратами за незаконне позбавлення волі та зґвалтування, вчиненого щодо особи, яка не досягла чотирнадцяти років (ч. 2 ст.146, ч. 4 ст. 152 КК України).
Нагадуємо, раніше ми повідомляли, що у Дніпропетровській області жінка намагалася повіситися через сімейну сварку.
